Ali Borzabadi Farahani - MOrth RCS Edin 2005, MScD Wales 2005, Statutory Exam 2003, Dip Dent Islamic Azad 2001 Dr Farahani has been practicing orthodontics since 2002. Dr Farahani graduated from dental school in 1999. He then enrolled in a three-year postgraduate orthodontic training at Cardiff University. He achieved his Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and his Master of Science degree from Cardiff University. He has published in international orthodontic journals and presented research at scientific meetings. Over the last few years he has developed an extensive knowledge of adult and child orthodontics. He is on staff at Birmingham Dental Hospital where he provides orthodontic treatment for patients with craniofacial anomalies. Dr. Farahani finds that his most challenging and satisfying cases involve patients with craniofacial problems and/or skeletal disharmonies that require a “team” approach and/or orthognathic surgery. He is an active member of European Orthodontic Society and has presented several papers in their annual meetings.
